Genting Casino London Chinatown promo code

What “Promo Code” Actually Means Here

When people type in a Genting Casino London Chinatown promo code, they usually mix up two quite separate things. One is the physical casino on Shaftesbury Avenue in central London. The other is Genting Casino’s online site. They share the Genting name and a linked account system, but the offers that apply to each are not interchangeable.

Inside the land-based casino at 93-107 Shaftesbury Avenue, London W1D 5DY, there is no keypad, no box on a form, nothing where you can enter a promo code to change what you get on-site. No code reduces the minimums at the roulette table or unlocks special chips at the door. The venue runs its own regular perks for members - for example, a 10% saving on drinks - and those are just attached to your My Genting account, not activated by entering a phrase or number anywhere.

Those short strings of letters and numbers that appear on third-party websites under Genting Casino promo code - things like BIG132 or GoldBets - are for the Genting online casino only. They do not apply at the Chinatown building. Both the website and the London venue come under Genting Casinos UK, and one My Genting membership connects your play across them, but behind the scenes the promotional engines are completely separate.

So if the aim is a code you can walk into the Chinatown casino and “apply” in person, the straightforward answer is that there is no official verified code for that right now. What is available in practice is My Genting membership for in-venue rewards, or the online casino’s code-based deposit bonuses that you claim via gentingcasino.com.

Online Promo Codes: What Is Currently Listed

On Genting Casino’s online promotions page, several code-based welcome packages are advertised for new UK customers. The offers below are the ones that appear most consistently across Genting’s own materials and partner sites as of 2026:

The final line in that table is more important than it might look at first glance. Genting Casino’s default online welcome bonus is applied automatically after a valid first deposit, with no promo code needed at all. The codes like BIG132 are alternative bundles, commonly tied to a specific affiliate campaign. They tend to tweak the headline numbers, or change which games the spins apply to.

Affiliate comparison pages sometimes show slightly different figures for the same operator. One will still be mentioning a 100% match up to £25 and 50 free spins, another speaks about a 100% match up to £100 with 132 free spins attached. Those mismatches usually just show that different partners are on different campaign cycles or older landing pages. It is not really an error, more a snapshot of how affiliate deals move around. For whatever is officially live at this exact moment, the only source that actually matters is gentingcasino.com/promotions/.

It is also worth being cautious around codes that only appear on general coupon hubs. Examples that crop up include WGN185 and GN185. These currently do not appear on Genting’s own promotions area, and nobody outside Genting can confirm if they are active, expired or mis-typed. Put in a code that is no longer supported when you sign up, and you may end up simply getting no bonus credited after the payment, which is a bad way to start.

A basic habit that helps with any casino offer, not just Genting: keep a screenshot or written copy of the bonus terms just before you deposit. Things like wagering multiples, which games contribute, and how quickly the spins expire can shift between campaigns. Having a saved copy makes it simpler to raise a complaint or query if something does not match what you were expecting.

How to Claim an Online Code

For someone in the UK who has not signed up to Genting Casino online before, the actual claiming process is fairly linear, with the key step being when you enter the promotion code.

1. Go to gentingcasino.com and use the “Join Now” button on the main page.
2. Fill in the registration form with your legal name, date of birth, residential address and current contact details.
3. Open the email Genting sends and click on the confirmation link inside to verify the account.
4. Sign in, then head over to the Deposit area in your account dashboard.
5. Choose a payment method that supports GBP.
6. Look for the promo code field and type in the relevant code, for example BIG132, before finalising the transaction.
7. Make a first deposit of at least £10, or whatever the specific code states as the minimum, so that the offer actually qualifies.
8. Wait for the free spins or bonus money to appear, in line with the precise conditions tied to that promotion.

If there is no space to enter a code during these deposit steps, it usually just means the automatic welcome bonus is set to apply by default. When that happens, there is nothing more for you to do: once your qualifying payment clears, the standard bonus gets attached to the account without manual input.

My Genting: The Venue Side of Things

For someone actually going to the Chinatown casino in person, My Genting is the loyalty layer that matters. You can enter the building without being a member, so it is not a hard requirement for access, yet it quietly unlocks extra value that casual walk-ins do not see.

Among these benefits, the 10% discount on drinks is the one that ends up being mentioned the most in connection with the Chinatown branch. It functions as an ongoing perk of membership rather than a one-off voucher. There is still no code here either: you simply show your My Genting card or membership at the bar and the reduction is applied.

Joining My Genting can be handled through the gentingcasinos.co.uk/mygenting-rewards/ page, before you ever step into the building, or you can sign up during a visit. In both cases the same profile then follows you to other Genting casinos across the UK, not just the Shaftesbury Avenue site.

Registering at the Venue

For people who prefer dealing with a person across a desk rather than a web form, registration at 93-107 Shaftesbury Avenue is handled entirely on-site.

1. Turn up during opening hours. The doors open daily from 12pm, live tables like roulette and blackjack usually begin from 1pm, and the casino continues running through to 5am.
2. On arrival, head towards the reception or the dedicated membership desk rather than going straight to a table.
3. Have a valid piece of photo identification that shows you are 18 or older, as UK casinos have to confirm age before entry.
4. Let the staff know you would like to be enrolled in My Genting.
5. Fill in the membership form they provide with the requested details.
6. Take the physical My Genting card they print for you, or note down the digital membership reference if they use that instead.
7. From that point, present your membership when ordering at the bar or when gaming, so that your drinks discount is applied and rewards points begin tracking.

The alternative is to complete registration online at gentingcasinos.co.uk, then just show up with your membership ready to go. Either way, once the account is created it operates the same way when you step onto the Chinatown gaming floor.

The Venue Itself

Genting Casino Chinatown is positioned in the Soho and Chinatown area within the City of Westminster, a pocket of central London that stays busy long after offices close. It is part of Genting Casinos UK, which in turn belongs to the broader Genting Group originating from Malaysia, although the UK business operates under local legislation and regulation.

Inside the Chinatown casino, the focus is on a mix of traditional and electronic formats. There are live tables for roulette and blackjack, alongside electronic terminals for those who prefer that style of play, plus a bar and food service so guests do not need to leave the building to eat or drink. It functions as a full casino environment rather than a small gaming arcade. A smart-casual dress code is enforced, which means items like vests, football shirts and hats are not allowed on the active gaming floor.

Transport links are plentiful, with several bus lines running close by and multiple Underground stations within walking distance. Those who need to call ahead can use +44 (0) 207 494 3020, for instance to check opening times over holidays. Written questions can be sent through the contact form at gentingcasinos.co.uk/casinos/contact-us/genting-casino-london-chinatown/.

Quick Reference

In the end, the split between online and land-based offers is really the core idea anyone searching for a Genting Casino London Chinatown promo code needs to hold onto. The physical Chinatown venue works through membership benefits under My Genting, with that steady 10% drinks discount sitting at the centre. The online platform runs deposit bonuses and free-spin packages, some triggered by codes and one by default, entirely within the gentingcasino.com environment. One My Genting account connects activity across both sides of the brand, but the individual promotions do not transfer between them.
